Stefan Stoilov is CIO for Central Europe and CIO of DHL Express Bulgaria. He brings extensive international experience in information technology, digital transformation and the leadership of technology organisations within DHL Express. Throughout his career he has held a range of senior IT roles, including CIO of DHL Express Austria and CIO of DHL Express Belgium and Luxembourg.

In his current role, Stefan is responsible for shaping and delivering the region's IT strategy, rolling out innovative technology solutions and driving digital initiatives that support business growth, streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. His focus lies in harnessing new technologies and digital innovation to boost the organisation's efficiency, security and competitiveness.
