Rositsa Balabanova is Communications and Sustainability Manager for EPAL Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.

She joined the EPAL Bulgaria, Greece and Romania team in September 2024, where she is responsible for communicating the organisation's initiatives to partners, licensees and representatives of the logistics industry.

In her role, she highlights EPAL's contribution to the development of sustainable and circular logistics models, the digital transformation of the open EPAL pallet pool, and the importance of reuse, repair and traceability in building more efficient supply chains.
