Irina and Peter Goryalov are entrepreneurs and the founders of DreamersDo, where for over 20 years they have worked exclusively with managing directors and business owners to turn their vision into sustainable, profitable results through business transformation from the inside out – starting with the leader, moving through the management team, and reaching the entire company and the market.

They have worked with companies across more than 50 industries, with revenues ranging from €50,000 to €220 million and teams of up to 2,500 employees. As a result of their work, leaders achieve growth of 30% to more than tenfold, and in some cases drive transformations that have had a positive impact on the development of their entire industry.

On one of their projects, Germany's Frank Bresser Consulting, author of a global guide to best management practices, noted: "What you have accomplished can serve as a benchmark for other companies around the world."

Irina and Peter are among the pioneers of professional coaching in Bulgaria. In recognition of their leadership and contribution, in 2011 in Las Vegas they became among just five recipients worldwide – and the first from a non-English-speaking country – to be honoured with the President's Award of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Before DreamersDo, Petar held leadership positions at Compaq and HP, where in 2004 he was recognised for outstanding results personally by Carly Fiorina, CEO of HP. Irina led the British company Cook Communications, and as a diplomatic correspondent for the newspaper "Dneven Trud" she interviewed such figures as Steve Forbes, owner of Forbes magazine, John McCain, US presidential candidate, and NATO's Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Sir Jeremy Mackenzie.
