Oliver Lappel

With more than 20 years of experience in international business, Oliver has developed an extensive understanding of global markets, international customer requirements and cross-cultural business relationships.

Oliver joined LUTZ ASSEKURANZ in 2018 as Sales Director for all countries. In this role, he is responsible for the international sales strategy and the continued development of the company’s business activities, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe.

He coordinates and supports sales teams across several countries, develops new markets and establishes sustainable relationships with clients, brokers and business partners. His international experience and hands-on leadership approach plays an important role in the ongoing expansion of LUTZ ASSEKURANZ.

Together with his teams, Oliver strengthens the company’s international presence and provides transport and logistics companies with customized insurance solutions that meet their individual needs.
