Ludmil Elshishki is Managing Director of Gebrüder Weiss Bulgaria. With more than 15 years of experience in logistics, he has worked his way through every management level within global logistics organisations. He has led teams and logistics networks in Switzerland, Germany, Hungary and Iceland. Yet he describes his career path not as a story of "steady advancement", but as a continuous process of stepping outside his comfort zone.

Ludmil Elshishki takes up the role of Managing Director of Gebrüder Weiss Bulgaria in 2026, while also overseeing the company's regional operations in Albania and North Macedonia.
